Standards	Definition
ANSI: American National Standards Institute	Establishes procedures for the development and coordination of voluntary American national standards.
ISO: International Organization for Standardization	An international organization composed of national standards members from over 75 countries.
BSI: British Standards Institution	A multinational business services provider whose principal activity is the production of standards and the supply of standards-related services.
IEEE: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers	A professional association in New York City that is dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence.
ITU: International Telecommunication Union	The specialized agency of the United Nations which is responsible for information and communication technologies.
